• Rs. 200 shipping charge on orders below Rs. 3,000

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM (PST) are shipped the same day

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on Sundays, or on national holidays are shipped the next working day

• Delivery time is 4–7 working days (may extend during sales or peak seasons)

• Delivery is made to the provided home or office address (no PO boxes)

• Signature required upon delivery; courier will attempt delivery twice

• Advance payment required for self-collection or areas without courier coverage
